Why the Malaysian Government is trying to cool down the high valued properties?

This is due to the fact, 2010 tiger year is Geng Yin Nian 庚寅年. Geng is yang gold hence the performance results of those financial industries are undoubtedly excellent http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2010/08/strong-banking-results-boost-world.html.

Yin (tiger) is plant and hence there is an adjustment in the earth element industry in the second half of 2010. The property industry is the industry of earth element. This is due to the fact that the plant is there to crush the earth. You will notice that the Malaysian Government is trying to cool down the increment trend of the high valued properties, especially in Penang Island and Kuala Lumpur. As the matter of fact, the policy to reduce the percentage of the bank loan to the property purchasers has been enforced by the Governments of China, Singapore and Hong Kong earlier this year. In fact, the period 8 (2004 -2023) is the period of earth element hence the property, beauty and cosmetic industries should continue to out-perform. Go for the stocks that involve with plant and fire elements such as medical, plantation, electronic and etc.

You may wonder why Tanjung Tokong, Gurney and Pulau Tikus are always the places that enjoying marvelous property value compared to other places. The answer is the simple. They are actually located at the place where they have all the good value which is in-line with the concept of green dragon, white tiger, red phoenix and black turtle.

In front of the piece of land, there is a sea which means wealth as ‘water governs the wealth’. This is good red phoenix 好的明堂. At the back, there are hills 升旗山(Penang Hill) to act as their support which is an excellent black turtle. On top of that, the left hand side, there are hills 白云山which symbolize wonderful green dragon as the left hand side is taller than the right hand side. The right hand side is a piece of flat land with shops and houses. It is where the Georgetown is, the white tiger is shorter than the green dragon. If you require ‘water’ element, Pulau Tikus is good for you as ‘tikus’ is mouse and mouse is water element. The same concept is applied to Air Hitam, Sungai Pinang and Sungai Ara. Also, you should look for a house that faces the North, the direction of water.

If you require ‘plant’ element, Tanjung Bunga is good for you as ‘bunga’ is flower and flower is plant element. The same concept is applied to Farlim 发林 (develop the forest). Main door faces the East and South East are superb directions for you.

If you require ‘fire’ element, Jelutong 日落洞 is good for you as ‘日’ is Sun and Sun is fire element. The same goes for Relau which means furnace. Your main door should faces the South.

If you require ‘earth’ element, Batu Maung is great for you as ‘batu’ is stone and stone is earth element. Also, ‘Batu Maung’ sounds like ‘batu mahu’, need the earth! The same concept is applied to Batu Lanchang. It is advisable for you to look for houses that face the SW & NE.

If you require ‘gold’ element, Gold Coast and 白云山 are good for you. Houses that face the West and NW are excellent choice for you.
